Returns & Refunds

At AXRAH, every product undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our performance and safety standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence showing the defect or incorrect item

 

How to Report an Issue

Please email support@axrah.com with the required details.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond with next steps. Do not return any item without prior authorization.

 

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

 

Return Shipping

If a return is required for an approved claim, AXRAH will cover the return shipping costs.

Items must be returned as instructed by our support team.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection (including size, model, or preference)
  • Minor variations in colour or appearance due to screen differences
  • Requests made after the 7-day reporting window
