Testing certifications ✓

We are actively pursuing formal third-party safety and efficacy certifications for our device lineup. Our engineering team conducts rigorous internal testing—formal certifications are in progress and will be published here as they are awarded.

Our Approach to Safety & Testing

AXRAH photobiomodulation systems are built around clinically studied wavelengths and irradiance parameters. Here is how we approach safety and validation:

  • Wavelength Precision: Each device emits light within tightly controlled spectral bands (630–670 nm red and 800–850 nm near-infrared), verified by spectroradiometer measurements during production.
  • Irradiance & Dose Control: Power output and dose delivery are calibrated to established photobiomodulation research windows to maximize efficacy while staying within safe exposure limits.
  • Thermal Management: Passive and active cooling systems prevent thermal stress on electronics and surface temperatures, ensuring safe skin-adjacent operation.
  • EMF & Electrical Safety: All units are designed to meet international electrical safety standards. EMF emissions are minimized through shielded driver circuitry.
  • Testing certifications ✓: We are currently undergoing third-party testing for CE marking and other relevant international certifications. Results will be posted to this page upon completion.

Direct Technical Support

When you purchase an AXRAH system, you gain direct access to the engineers who designed it. Support channels include email, video call consultation, and an ongoing customer portal with protocol guidance. We do not use third-party support services.

International Shipping & Logistics

All AXRAH systems are shipped from our logistics partners using insured freight carriers. Documentation includes commercial invoices, HS codes, and country-of-origin certificates to streamline customs clearance. Installation guidance is provided for all international orders.
