AXRAH LIMITED WARRANTY

I. AXRAH POD & POD ULTRA
Two-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
AXRAH warrants that the AXRAH Pod and AXRAH Pod Ultra are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial or residential use for two (2) years from the original date of delivery.
Coverage Includes:
• LED panel malfunction due to manufacturing defect
• Internal electrical component failure
• Power supply unit failure
• Integrated control system defects
• Cooling system malfunction under normal use
• Structural frame integrity defects

Warranty Remedy (Remote Support & Parts Replacement)
AXRAH does not provide on-site repair services.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, AXRAH will:
• Conduct remote diagnostics via video or technical consultation
• Provide troubleshooting support
• Ship replacement parts for the defective component
• Provide installation guidance to the purchaser or their local technician
Replacement parts are covered under the original warranty term and do not extend the warranty period.
Full unit replacement will be considered only if AXRAH determines that the defect cannot be resolved through part replacement.

II. AXRAH PANEL & PANEL PRO
One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
AXRAH warrants that the AXRAH Panel and AXRAH Panel Pro are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.
Warranty Remedy
AXRAH will provide:
• Remote troubleshooting support
• Replacement parts for confirmed manufacturing defects
• Installation guidance
No on-site service is included.

III. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
• Cosmetic wear (scratches, surface marks, discoloration)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Improper voltage, power surges, or electrical instability
• Failure to use a certified surge protector
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Water damage (unless product is rated for such use)
• Excessive commercial cycling beyond recommended session guidelines
• Normal LED output degradation over time
• Shipping damage if customer-arranged carrier is used
• Acts of God (fire, flood, natural disaster)

IV. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim:
Email: support@axrah.com
Provide:
• Order number
• Serial number
• Proof of purchase
• Description of issue
• Clear photo and/or video evidence
AXRAH may require live video diagnostics prior to approving parts replacement.
Customer is responsible for local labor costs associated with installation of replacement parts.
AXRAH will cover shipping of approved replacement parts (standard shipping method).

V. Commercial Installation Clause
For Pods installed in commercial gyms, clinics, or sports facilities:
• Purchaser is responsible for proper installation
• Proper voltage compliance is required
• Use of surge protection is mandatory
• Preventative maintenance must follow AXRAH operating guidelines
Failure to meet these conditions may void warranty coverage.

VI. Limitation of Liability
AXRAH’s liability is limited strictly to replacement parts as described above.
AXRAH is not liable for:
• Loss of business revenue
• Downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Performance outcomes
• Health-related claims
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

AXRAH products are non-medical wellness devices.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
