Effective Date: 27 February 2026
Applies to all purchases made through www.axrah.com or authorized AXRAH distributors.
I. AXRAH Pod & Pod Ultra
Two-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
AXRAH warrants that the Pod and Pod Ultra are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use for two (2) years from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
- LED panel malfunction due to manufacturing defects
- Internal electrical component failure
- Power supply unit failure
- Integrated control system defects
- Cooling system malfunction under normal use
- Structural frame integrity issues
Warranty Support & Resolution
AXRAH operates on a remote support model (no on-site service).
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:
- Perform remote diagnostics (video/technical consultation)
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting
- Ship replacement parts for defective components
- Guide you or your local technician through installation
Note:
Replacement parts remain under the original warranty period and do not extend coverage.
Full unit replacement will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through parts replacement.
II. AXRAH Panel & Panel Pro
One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
AXRAH warrants that the Panel and Panel Pro are free from defects under normal use for one (1) year from delivery.
Warranty Support
- Remote troubleshooting assistance
- Replacement parts for verified defects
- Installation guidance
(No on-site service included)
III. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, marks, discoloration)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Power issues (voltage instability, surges, improper setup)
- Failure to use a certified surge protector
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage (unless explicitly rated)
- Excessive commercial usage beyond recommended limits
- Normal LED performance degradation over time
- Shipping damage (if customer-arranged carrier is used)
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, natural disasters)
IV. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim, contact us at:
Please include:
- Order number
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear description of the issue
- Photo and/or video evidence
AXRAH may require live video diagnostics before approving replacement.
- Customers are responsible for local installation/labor costs
- AXRAH covers standard shipping for approved replacement parts
V. Commercial Installation Requirements
For Pods installed in gyms, clinics, or commercial environments:
- Proper installation is the buyer’s responsibility
- Voltage compliance must be ensured
- Surge protection is mandatory
- Preventative maintenance must follow AXRAH guidelines
Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.
VI. Limitation of Liability
AXRAH’s responsibility is limited strictly to replacement parts as outlined above.
We are not liable for:
- Business loss or revenue interruption
- Downtime or operational delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Performance or usage outcomes
- Health-related claims
Maximum liability will not exceed the original product purchase price.
